they open at 9 and we were there 10 minutes after opening and they acted like they were still closed and we waited to be served and we were ignored by someone that was still trying to get set up

Does not know how to take directions. Asked for no peanut butter in my smoothie due to allergy and still put it in without telling me, thankfully I was able to take meds and be fine, but still...
