History
We started as a competition BBQ team in 2017 and fell in love with the art of BBQ. At that point, we catered and continued to compete and moved from 2 tents and a smoker to a fully equipped BBQ trailer in 2018. In 2019, we made the decision to settle into an establishment. We finally found a spot to call home in the small town of Hamlin and we were able to open February 28, 2020. We are working hard to survive the pandemic and continue our passion for BBQ.
