Disappointing. Steak sent back still not cooked right. Also 2nd meal Bourbon steak of low grade quality, fatty,gristle. Manager never showed up to address issues. Poor oversight

No beef for the nachos, as a meal, wasn't informed for 20 minutes after the order was made. Cheese wasn't melted when we received them. Serving size was much smaller than other locations. Very...
