They rant about having such a long wait but there is 20 people outside waiting and four people sitting inside. Told me they were too busy to do an enhanced license as a walk-in but if I come back...

No Stars!!! I pay my taxes but can't walk in to apply for my enhanced license, even if I'm willing to wait. This is inconvenient! I have to call every morning to try to get a same day appointment...

Time consuming and horrible!!! Allow a day to get anything done. They should really contract out this work to a company that cares about their customers!!

I understand it's not the fault of the people working here but all I needed to do was renew my driver's license. For some reason that's not explained, people over 70 are not allowed to do this...
