Try calling them, no answer. Go in person, never anyone at counter. They should either hire a "counter" person or shut down the department. Pathetic situation, reeks of an incompetent management.

Horrible experience! Completely incompetent. I had an appointment scheduled a week ago and was notified via text as a reminder that my tires I ordered had arrived and to be there 15 minutes...
