Ridiculous the pharmacy can't get medication done in a timely manner. They promise a time and can't get it done. Employees are rude and ignore you at the counter.

Not getting the answer you wanted DOES NOT equate to poor customer service. YOUR insurance company requiring YOUR doctor's office to complete a prior authorization is NOT the fault of Walgreens....

"Call 1-800-Walgreens and talk to someone who cares." It's fine if the staff at the pharmacy can't fix the problem, but when you go to a pharmacy, you are trusting these people with your life....
