HistoryUrban-fit Studios start out as Osiris Dynamic Training early 2004 in the Cascade neighborhood. Then only personal trainers and their clients were allowed. As the business slowly grew we moved to the Belltown area sometime between 2006 / 07. The business model remained though more inquiries where made about memberships. And finally a name change in 07 and yes another move to Capitol Hill and the addition of allowing members to share in this unique space. Unlike the big box gyms Urban -fit Studios is about individual success of its members. Designed to allow the individuals to have access to the tools and space needed to create their own wellness and fitness work outs. We continue to cultivate and work with our members on their goals. We have some of the best personal trainers working with their clients to create a community unlike no other. Urban-fit Studios continues to grow and change...as change is the only constant!
