My practice focuses on acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions and vascular surgery and I have over 30 years of experience working in health care in intensive and cardiovascular care units. I was inspired to go into medicine at a young age by my father who asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. He advised me to choose a profession where every second spent is meaningful and purposeful.

Dr. Chen's special interests include sinus surgery, pediatric otolaryngology, including the placement of ear tubes, adult general otolaryngology, snoring and sleep apnea surgery and Coblation, and head and neck tumor surgery. Dr. Chen sees pediatric patients ages 2+. Dr. Chen is a Clinical instructor of otolaryngology for Swedish Family Medicine and a moderator for otolaryngology at the Head and Neck Radiology Conference.
