Been going to the gym for three years, never missed a single payment. Finally had the time to cancel since I moved further away. I come in on a Sunday and they tell me cancellation is Monday...

The lady manager here is always rude and it's no wonder they can't keep their own staff, or even members. It's not even like lack of manners type of thing, or service, it's just pure aggressive...
