Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals-Olympia
The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, also known as BIIA, is administered by the government of the State of Washington. It is an independent agency that hears appeals on decisions made by the Department of Labor and Industries. It considers pleas in the areas of industrial insurance, crime victim compensation and safety citations under the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act (WISHA).
