This place is terrible. The concierge is not 24/7, the elevators are always dirty, the hot water went off for like 3 weeks in the winter

We moved into the Wave in 2017 and are still here. The view is fantastic no matter whether it is sunny, raining, snowing, daytime, sunset, or nighttime. We love being within 2 blocks of the light...

Claims to be luxury but the kitchen doesn't have a backsplash and floors aren't real wood. Would be great to have a stand up shower instead of an outdated tub as well. This place runs a DTI as if...
