Only one person working the counter. Whoever owns this store doesn't care about customer service. The clerk, however was polite and helpful. Too bad he had to work the counter alone.

They wanted me to pay to use their computer and to print out a label. The UPS store cannot print a UPS label?!? Biggest scam store.
