Greenfield Advisors was founded in 1976 by Dr. Bill Mundy, the former Land Economist for Weyerhaeuser and one of the most widely recognized figures in real estate valuation in the world. Dr. John Kilpatrick succeeded Dr. Mundy as head of the firm in 2001, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate and business development, university teaching, and investment management to the job. In 2005, we changed our name from Mundy Associates in recognition of the many talented people who contribute to the company's success. Dr. Mundy continues with the firm as Director Emeritus. In the most complex situations, second best simply isn't good enough. With the inception of every project, Greenfield Advisors establishes a unique client-centered scope of work, custom-tailored to the specific needs of the situation. This includes working with the client to define and characterize the challenges of the situation, analyzing each component and variable to determine the best way to use the available tools and techniques to address the client's problem.
