When Caroline was young, she would help her mother cater weddings, parties, and church programs in the Congolese capital, Kinshasa. After moving to the Seattle area, Caroline started her own catering business, building on the traditional recipes she learned from her family. The only Congolese food business in the region, Taste of Congo brings fresh meals featuring unique flavors to King County.
