The website says they are closed at 9pm. The girl that worked on 12/13 said they were closed at 8:37. She locked the doors but didn't turn off the open sign.

We were told restroom was out of service but there were no signs.My little one needed it right then, but we were denied. As a dad, it honestly felt like they just didn't want to let us use it...

The do not honor the coupons sent in the mail. I literally live 3 mins from this subway. Why not honor the coupon that you sent out. Makes me never want to come here again.

The food is decent but when I got a cold cut combo they gave one layer of meat, - two slices of meat and very tiny cheese. I thought it was just me till I read the reviews. They do it to everyone....
