My visit here was on 4/5. The sandwich was the typical sub at Subway. I had to repeat what I wanted a few times. English was not the employee's first language and I'm loud, and only 1 of 2...

So one of the things that hurts businesses and just about any business is false advertising. I don't think businesses understand that posting certain hours and then not abiding by those hours...
