StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab South Lake Union offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Great place to come to for a really good stretch! The staff are fantastic and the facility is nice. You get an assessment and a really good stretch on your first visit. You also get homework each...

They make a big deal about wearing the right type of socks but the woman being stretched out behind me didn't have any socks on. I didn't get anything out of this - flexibility, wellness, etc....

I can't wait for this studio to open! I've been going to free pop-ups - they're so great, I can't wait to start paying! Assisted stretching is a great and wonderful thing, and these practitioners...
