I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, because as an individual what works for you, and what success means to you, may not apply to someone else. My style of therapy emphasizes your value and agency as a person, and how you ultimately have the ability to overcome any obstacles you've run into -- as your therapist, I can help you determine how you want to live your life, and the path you'll follow to get there.
