Greenfield Advisors was founded in 1976 by Dr. Bill Mundy, the former Land Economist for Weyerhaeuser and one of the most widely recognized figures in real estate valuation in the world. Dr. John Kilpatrick succeeded Dr. Mundy as head of the firm in 2001, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate and business development, university teaching, and investment management to the job. In 2005, we changed our name from Mundy Associates in recognition of the many talented people who contribute to the company's success. Dr. Mundy continues with the firm as Director Emeritus.
