Originally built as a single room occupancy (SRO) in 1909, the building that houses Riverfront Park Travel Apartments has seen many changes in the past 100 plus years. In 2020, the owners of the building chose to revert the building usage back to short and long term apartment units to serve the rental needs in downtown Spokane for business travel, as well as recreational travel. The brick walls of this building hold many stories of those who left their homelands to build a better life.
