History

My name is Ed and I create these hand crafted, one of a kind stylus and writing instruments from right here in my workshop in Washington State. I started Rainy Island Pens out of a passion for creating unique distinctive pieces, a tradition and skill that goes back in my family for four generations. I started in my family's Los Angeles high-end jewelry store as an apprentice diamond setter and developed an eye for fine detail. Socialites who demanded only the best patronized our shop and I learned quality workmanship of fine jewelry that would grace the necks and hands of Hollywood's elite.
