Bill you a monthly fee whether come out or not :(. Billed me and nobody even came out to do anything. Beware of these reoccurring charges!! They will bill you and do nothing or even come out....

I have Purcor come out a couple of times a year to spray a weed pre-emergent on my gravel areas, the last visit they sprayed my perennial beds killing several plants, this is outrageous, beware!
