We are a full service veterinary clinic offering routine exams, vaccinations, spays and neuters, comprehensive in-house diagnostics, x-rays, O.F.A. hip and elbow certifications, Glaucoma screening, senior pet screens, advanced surgical procedures, dentistry, treatment for exotic animals. Our experienced, compassionate staff is available to care for your pet Monday through Friday 7:30 - 5:30 with evening appointments available. We often extend these hours as the need arises to accommodate our clients' busy schedules. Dr. Campbell is available for emergencies after hours. Services We Offer Routine Examinations: We cannot stress enough the importance of routine annual examinations. In the case of a senior pet, these exams should be done semi-annually. Many conditions can change from year to year and a thorough examination completed by a competent veterinarian can reveal these conditions. Vaccinations: Vaccinations provide the protection that your pets need to keep them healthy and disease free. We would be happy to discuss proper vaccination protocol for your pet, and tailor one to their needs. Spays and Neuters: Pet overpopulation is always a concern. We provide spays and neuters at an affordable price for everyone. Aside from the obvious problem of pet overpopulation, sterilization of your pet can eliminate possible future sources of diseases Comprehensive in-house diagnostics: Our in-house diagnostics offer state of the art technology. Complete lab and x-ray results within minutes can sometimes mean the difference between life and death in emergencies, or provide us with the correct treatment protocol to shorten your pet's recovery time. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide this valuable service. Electrocardiographs: We are pleased to include ECG's as part of our diagnostic battery of testing. ECG's are taken and sent via phone to a cardiology consult service. These can be performed on an emergency basis with immediate results, as part of a routine check-up or as part of a pre-surgical evaluation. Orthopedic Evaluations and OFA Certifications: We are happy to help you through the OFA certification process. We are also available for second opinion evaluations on orthopedic issues. Senior Pet Screens: Senior pets have their own special health concerns and we take extra special care with our senior pets. We know these pets have been family members for many years and realize the importance of extending their quality of life for our clients. Glaucoma Screening: We are happy to provide this important service to our clients. This screening can give us the edge on early detection of this disease and allow us to begin treatment before the condition progresses. Dentistry: College Way Animal Hospital's philosophy on dental care is simple. We know how important dental care is to the overall health of your pet. Because of that fact we strive to make this service as affordable as possible. Routine dental cleaning can eliminate poor dental health and possible extractions. We do not however treat lions, tigers and bears! Oh my!!
