Had lunch here twice both times having sandwiches, both times the bread was so dry it left my mouth scratched. Would have been great except for the bread.

Wow! Panera has gone down hill. Ordered a plain asiago bagel and a plain crossiant. The crossiant is flat, soggy and bland! The bagel looks like a roll? What a bummer!
