Quality of cleaning was not good. The method they use is substandard. It looked and smelled good right when finished. But stain came back and the upgrade for Odar destroyer didn't seem to do...

The cleaning process is amazing! I can't believe how clean the carpets came out! Not to mention the pet odors are gone too! What a huge difference can't say enough, and I strongly recommend them
