FYI.Booked an appointment for Classic Scalp Treatment on a Sunday afternoon @ 4:20 via their "Book Session" on the website. Did not receive any confirmation until 2 hours before the appointment....

The staff were so nice and friendly! They don't really talk to you during the treatment, which is my preference so that I can relax. The head spa area is in a separate room with three beds/station...
