I chose this work because I've always wanted to help others. Caring for people in rural, inner-city, military, and virtual communities taught me how much trust and connection matter in health. I enjoy caring for people of all ages. I treat short-term and long-term health needs and believe teamwork and trust lead to the best outcomes. My goal is to help every patient reach their best possible health.

My main focus is on preventive medicine and management of chronic diseases, like hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, obesity, anxiety, depression and tobacco dependence. I am also skilled in acute ambulatory care, managing musculoskeletal issues, arthritis and other minor illnesses.
