Maximilien is a French restaurant located in the historic Pike Place Market of Seattle. Opened in 1997, the restaurant features antique mirrors and a panoramic view of Elliott Bay, West Seattle and Olympic Mountains. Its menu includes Dungeness crab cakes, smoked salmon, traditional fish soup, seared halibut and bacon-wrapped prawns. Maximilien also serves a range of desserts and wines. Exceptional view, service and food! Sadly they are serving tiny portions that are so expensive! It's not their fault... the economy is so hard on restaurants now. :( We will still support them...
