Maximilien is a French restaurant located in the historic Pike Place Market of Seattle. Opened in 1997, the restaurant features antique mirrors and a panoramic view of Elliott Bay, West Seattle and Olympic Mountains. Its menu includes Dungeness crab cakes, smoked salmon, traditional fish soup, seared halibut and bacon-wrapped prawns. Maximilien also serves a range of desserts and wines.
