My wife and I visited the store in Puyallup 1/24/25 and spent close to an hour with Rick, one of the salesmen. He was very informative, explaining the different mattresses and options available....

Stay away from the Mattress Firm at the Puyallup Fair. High pressure sales, bad customer service, and a bunch of scammers.
