I decided to go into medicine after experiencing first-hand how the skills and expertise of a physician could restore confidence and well-being in an individual. I chose OBGYN, which has allowed me to prioritize and empower women who often prioritize others before thems From preconception counseling and pregnancy to management of menopausal symptoms and gynecologic surgery, it is my privilege to partner with the patients through each unique stage of life.

I have always had a passion for helping people and wanting to make people feel better. I enjoy working with a variety of patients in both primary care and urgent care settings with an emphasis on preventive care, women's health and mental health care. I have seven years of experience as an ICU nurse. It was during this time that I truly realized how important preventive care is. I knew that I wanted to do more to help patients achieve their best health.

Effective primary care medicine focuses on the therapeutic relationship between patient and doctor. Working with patients to help them achieve their health-related goals is at the center of what I do. My patient's family, personal community, and trusted clinical specialists are integral to this process. My goal as a doctor is to provide patients with not only medical care, but support and true empathy to help them lead happy and healthy lives.
