Huge increase in rates matched by huge decrease in service. Over $40 per day after hidden living wage fee and taxes. First shuttle was full. Driver says so sorry, there will be another in 5 min....

Used to be outstanding. Last 3 times, in last 6 Mos, long long wait for shuttle after return at airport, and not surprisingly, shuttles busses overly full, people standing on stairs by door....
