History

The Lynnwood Recreation Center re-opened in April 2011 after a $25M renovation and expansion. With nearlly 45,000 square feet of fitness and water recreation amenties, this is a place for the whole family.

Specialties

Come enjoy our six-lane, 25-yard lap pool that ranges in depth from 3 feet to 12 feet and features a rope swing, water slide, 1-meter diving board and six lap lanes. Have the kids play in our wading pool which is only 30 inches deep. These pools are converted to open-air facilities from mid-June until early September. Pools are available for private party rentals. Hydrotherapy Pool: Our hot tub, which seats up to 12 people at a time, is ideal for rest and relaxation. Water temperature is generally kept at 104 degrees to provide a warm environment to ease joint and muscle pain. Our electric dry sauna seats up to 16 people on beautiful cedar benches and is a great place to warm up and relax. Our exercise room features exercise circuit stations, treadmills, stair masters, stationary bikes and elliptical climbers.
