Just take a look at Charlie. His ears and tail were matted but what might explain the shave pattern? Also there were long tuffs of hairs in random locations on each dog, on tip of nose, ears, etc....

Saying "we are sorry YOU feel this way" seems very gaslighty. I've had two other groomers since he's been here and he's never had a red spots since. Blaming it on matting as if my dog was a mangy...
