Lowes uses Synchrony to process their CC charges. I opened CC acct in March. I received emails regarding charges in Apr, May, Jun. Then stopped receiving notifications. July & Aug never came. I...

Very poor customer service and poor vendor management. I got the feeling they didn't care about the customer once they had your money. Look elsewhere for hardware and home improvement products.
