I welcome patients of all ages and have a special interest in women's health. My patients describe me as compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable. I got into medicine to empower others to make informed decisions about their health and to promote healthy lifestyles in both the physical and mental aspects of life.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse for many years in various settings. This gave me a foundation for primary care. I'm dedicated to helping adults through all stages of life, focusing on preventative care and managing chronic diseases. I have a special interest in women's health and am a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, helping patients navigate menopause. My approach creates a warm, judgment-free space for honest talks about your health goals.

I have over 25 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in family practice most of my career. Areas of interest include, diabetes prevention and care, women's wellness including contraception (IUD and contraceptive implant insertion) and hormone therapy and medicatio
