I was very nervous when I called for service. Stormy assisted me and she was great! Very nice and efficient. I had lots of questions, and Stormie was patient and knowledgeable.

Not sustainable Not workable getting sub-100mbs speeds on a 1g plan. I hate to say I miss Charter but... Reference photo for speeds I literally can't work from home with this

LocalTel is pretty unreliable when it comes to internet services. Frequently poor connection with consistent disconnects and shoddy customer service. If you want faster internet, I'd recommend...
