We went to a wedding yesterday and Mike was catering, we have never had such delicious food ever. From the roasted pig, chicken, beans, and salad all perfectly done. Would recommend to all.

Their wild game meat processing is delicious! Top-shelf and highly recommend. They even do Landjaeger's!! (Amazing flavor!) So we have done several deer and an elk here and always eat it all...
