This company essentially up my online account and will only show my wife's results. I sent in a help message and was told that my wife's name is tied to my email account ( because I paid her bill)...

Convenient location - friendly, knowledgeable staff - check in at the kiosk with my license was quick - wait was short and my labs were drawn without any problem.

They are clueless disorganized and have no access to the documents for your insurance. Even when they enter your info at desk or kiosk it doesn't arrive in the back. Will never come back.
