Waiting for 3 hours for a lab test. The employee walk away to get her coffee she was careless about having the waiting area full of customers.

I have gone to this location many times(close to my house so why not,) unfortunately I've only had one good experience with them and yesterday wasn't it. I walked in to see an empty waiting room...

Sat and waited 24 minutes past staff coming off lunch just to get my wife's glucose test done. They just sat in back and chit chatted with each other as if there wasn't 5 people in the waiting...
