The Pacific Northwest Quilt & Fiber Arts Museum (formerly the La Conner Quilt & Textile Museum) in the historic Gaches Mansion, located in the beautiful waterfront town of La Conner, features exhibits of quilts and fiber arts throughout the year. With a new exhibit opening on one of the three floors each month, exhibits range from traditional quilts from around the globe to contemporary fiber art. The mission of the Pacific Northwest Quilt & Fiber Arts Museum is to present exhibitions and educational programs in all fiber arts that enrich and inspire, honor cultural traditions, and celebrate the creative spirit.

This was an unexpected delight. The ground floor has old american quilts and the history of the mansion, but the real attraction is the Japanese quilts on the upper floors. I thought I had no...

This Museum is the most under-appreciated jewel in the Pacific Northwest. If you think you don't need to visit again because you've been there before, you're sadly mistaken. Every three months...

My friend is into quilts...I'm into historic old homes. The Gaches Mansion is superb example of both. A stop by while in La Conner is well worth it.
