Horizons Elementary School

Horizons Elementary School serves more than 1,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade six through Horizons Primary School and Horizons Intermediate School. The school has a staff of over 50 employees. Horizons Elementary School operates a cafeteria, library and computer laboratory. It offers a variety of food, counseling, medical and transportation services. In addition, the school provides a range of gifted and special education programs for students with developmental disabilities. Horizons Elementary School s academic curriculum includes art, music, speech, and health and physical education. The school operates a parent-teacher-student association that supports several fundraising activities for its development. Horizons Elementary School is governed by North Thurston Public Schools, which operates various elementary, middle and high schools in the state of Washington.
