I've had a leak in my harbor steps apartment since December 22 2024. Notice that not all of the leak catches and it just leaks everywhere in my bathroom. If you'd prefer this not be your situation...

They overcharge like crazy during the move out process. The move out inspector told me I didn't need to paint when he meant that they would charge me for repainting the entire place either way....
