Snohomish, WA 98290

The Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R.) Cemetery in Snohomish, Washington, owned by the Earl Winehart Post #96 American Legion, is the area's largest public memorial park, providing a historic burial ground since its establishment in 1898. It is renowned as the only independently active Civil War Cemetery in Washington and is the final resting place for approximately two hundred Civil War veterans.

As a non-profit, fully endowed care cemetery, the G.A.R. Cemetery offers quality interment services at reasonable costs while hosting community events such as Memorial Day tributes and Wreaths Across America ceremonies. The cemetery serves as a living tribute to military sacrifice, dedicated to honoring, remembering, and educating about the contributions of U.S. service members.
