The pizza was hot. You could taste the fire in the crust. Not burned, but alive. There was pepperoni, but not the way you'd known it. It curled at the edges and held its own little pools of oil...

They got rid of the burrata appetizer... the main reason we went there and replaced it with something 1/10th as good. Bring back the Burrata !!!!
