Home About Express Credit Union Express Credit Union is a community based and member-owned nonprofit financial institution serving the Puget Sound community since 1934. We offer checking and savings accounts, loans and other products that deliver great value and exceptional service to our members. Our new focus is on providing low and moderate income families affordable financial services as a secure alternative to banks, payday lenders and check cashers. We believe that by providing products that are designed specifically for our members, we can help them build assets and achieve financial security. We also believe that financial education, case management, translation services and other support will help our members strengthen their families and communities. We are committed to providing access to our services in the communities where our members live and work. Community member service representatives maintain regular hours at satellite desks located at local social services organizations throughout King County. By bringing our services directly to our members, we can help them enroll in direct deposit, apply for loans, learn how to use their accounts more effectively and achieve their financial goals. We recognize that it takes the community and trusted community partners to ensure that we are meeting the needs of all of our members. We partner with local community based organizations that will provide financial education, translation and other complimentary services to our members.
