We used Expedient over Thanksgiving and had a terrific experience (which is hard to say when you have to be picked up in the wee hours of the morning for an early train). Phone numbers worked fine...

Can I give 0 stars? I opted for a towncar to the airport because it's a great price for getting 2 people there in anything better than a shuttle. We loved the idea of having a reserved pick-up...
