HistorySince coming home from College in 2002 Coach Reardon has been coaching all different levels of fitness. Ranging from Olympic Athletes, Elite Sports teams, rehab patients, children's sports teams, Kids conditioning, to people starting out their fitness journey. She has evolved over time and decided to follow her dreams of being a full time Coach with her own business goals and plans, which is how #AMBERED was born.Specialties#AMBERED Fitness Coach Reardon offers personal training, large or small group fitness classes that will push you past your own self imposed limits. Earn Your Water! #AMBERED Fitness Classes are composed of strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility, cardio, balance and stability. All Muscle groups will be worked. Some of the workouts will include TRX, Rowing, Weights, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells, body weight. All class will take care of you WHERE you are at NOW in your fitness Journey. Modified options on exercises are always available and proper form is coached daily.
