Located on the northeast corner of Mt. Rainier National Park, less than two hours southeast of Seattle. Open Nov-April for skiing and snowboarding, and May-Sept for scenic gondola rides and summer activities. Crystal Mountain is Washington's largest ski area, with the most vertical, highest elevation and the only 8-passenger gondola in the state. Out of this world, easy to reach! The parking was easy to navigate and all the workers from the ski rental shop to the instructor were all so nice. I took an adult group ski lesson with Devin and he was so patient and encouraging....
