Sometimes it's about your network. We have worked with Julia before and the dogs know her and are comfortable. Couple this with the skill set and Mobile Access in Pandemic: well it sells itself.

Julia is the best. I have a Havanese who requires regular grooming and he always looks like perfection, not only when she is done, but for months afterwards.
