Food was hot and fries snapped so that was great. Really slow to process the order and get it served. Instead of just staring at your customers, say hello in return.

Ordered through the BK App at 7:34a today. Got to the location at 7:40a only to find NO ONE THERE! Lights were off, doors were locked. Then trying to get my money back from the "Customer Support"...

They close the doors early at 9 p.m. when the sign says 10 p.m. I believe they can improve this, along with the wait in the drive-thru.

Nice people but the wait time is atrocious. I placed an order through app and literally had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. Hopefully they can hire more staff.

Horrible. Went twice. 1st one 20 minutes in drive thru for the order to be wrong. Left with nothing. Second time 15 minutes. Was told $23 for a whopper junior meal. My order disappeared. Both...
